Special Event & Rental Policy

Baker Chapel United Methodist Church would love to be a part of your next celebration or special gathering. If you are looking for an event space, we offer several unique and convenient options.

Members of our church and those who attend regularly may reserve the options below free of charge. Keep in mind however, that a donation to help with utilities would be greatly appreciated. For those wishing to reserve the facility and are not a member or attend Worship Services at least two twice a month, a rental fee will be charged. Please see the attached form for more details.

Choose from the following options:

Sanctuary – $200

Sound Tech – $50

Fellowship Hall – $200

Life Center- $300

Life Center for Sporting Events or Groups – $25 hour

Meeting Rooms – $25 hour

Thank you for considering Baker Chapel UMC for your special event. We are proud of our beautiful church and ask that our facilities (kitchen, tables and chairs) be left clean and arraigned in the way you found them. Smoking and drinking alcohol is prohibited, and all trash must be removed and taken with you for disposal.
